I can uplift a mighty mountain,
and my heroic spirit soars
to the sky of skies, unrivaled.
But I run into bad luck, and my
steed fails me — it refuses to go
forward, and I feel so helpless.

曾經，在深藍的夜空中，他們升起
以最低安全高度，──
掠過海面，
像隻展翅上騰的神鷹，
無畏風雨。
人們已為他們命名。而我彷彿聽到
昔日那些勇殉的靈魂猶仍
被歌者稱頌，一遍又一遍……
恰似這雨聲，到了窗前
忽而又杳無蹤影……
恰似所有愛情的淒美與旋律。

Once, in the deep blue night sky, they rise
At the lowest safe altitude —
Skimming across the sea,
Like an eagle winging heavenward,
Fearless of the wind and rain.
People have named for them. And I seem to hear
The souls of those brave martyrs in the past are still
Praised by the singers, over and over again...
Just like the sound of the rain, at the window
To suddenly appear and disappear...
Just like the melancholy beauty and melody of all love.
Oh, the rain,
So blurring, so fresh —
Now murmuring,
Then like a child, turning and whirling:
“Oh my dear,
Please don’t cry for me, the brightest star in the sky
— There is the message of my reading for you.
The stories of the village
And all the wanderings
Will soon be rediscovered by history, and my heart is like yesterday,
